Fully insulated timber base supported by ground screws, €120.00 +VAT per Sqm of the footprint of the proposed building. The base consists of a 2×4 inch treated timber base insulated with 100mm EPS insulation and finished with 18mm T&G OSB board, ready for the floor, ideal for any lightweight timber or SIP building. Ready to be built immediately after the installation

An additional charge will apply for site leveling if required. The base will be fitted on the concrete blocks in case the ground screws cannot be installed due to ground conditions.
